Good Week

Sorry that I haven't posted all week. I have been doing really good this week with my diet and walking. I went walking 2 days this week for a total of 6 miles. I also joined a app that is helping me keep my calories where they need to be so I can hit my goal weight. :) I have not gotten on a scale yet because I still need to go buy one. I hope I lost at least 1 lb this week.
